Light Artifacts

Artifacts that have a primary or secondary effect of creating, disturbing or otherwise altering the photonic properties of visible light particles. As a result, many that interact with the ocular structures concerning vision are included.

Manipulation of other electromagnetic wavelengths and the release/glowing of artifacts during use are excluded. Invisibility and illusory functions qualify when they affect the environment itself. Others such as changing color, seeing through material or containing light sources require an individual comb through.

Darkness creation is included for the absence or exclusion of illumination. Those which exude a malicious desire are categorized as their own threat level.
