Insanity Artifacts

Artifacts deemed to cause symptoms of insanity and other mental degradation, such as hallucinatory episodes or uncoupling from self-awareness. Almost any artifact can cause these effects when overused, as the mind-body connection struggles to maintain the load during continual usage. Artifacts which return mental capacity are grouped together as a partial restorative measure, although these are never guaranteed to fully counteract the changes.
