Days after the publication of Poe's 'Cask of Amontillado', a large cask of amontillado was found behind the crubmling wall of a catacombs. The effects of the cask stayed with it for years until a person decided to bottle some for future generations.  This first transfer of cask to bottle also transfered 99.8% of the artifact's abilities to the bottle.

Today: Italy[edit | edit source]

Knowing the rarity of the amontillado, the founder passed it down through is family to today when one of the founder's ancetors decided to open it up for his customers at his bar. A few weeks had passed and numerous accounts of family and friends going missing flooded the local cops. While most were found, one was found dead in the closet he had been shoved into, but still the reports kept flooding in. This was when the Warehouse was brought in.

Consultants Rependata and Nola were tasked with finding the bottle and eventually tracked down the bottle of sherry to a bar that all of the victims had gone to the night before vanishing.
