Origin[]
Carrie Nation was a radical of the Temperance Movement, which fought against alcohol before the passing of the 18th Amendment and Prohibition in the 1920s. Almost six feet tall, she claimed divine orders from God to enter into bars and taverns and destroy all the alcohol barrels and bottles she could find with her hatchet.
Effects[]
When placed in the hand or grabbed it controls the user’s arm and destroys any alcohol in the area or that you can see. The user will not run away from their ‘crime scenes’ and will be jailed for their acts after every use.
