Origin[edit | edit source]
On April 25, 1974, the people of Lisbon, Portugal descended into the streets celebrating the end of their dictatorship. The people put carnation flowers inside the soldiers gun barrels, and no shot was fired that day.
Description[edit | edit source]
The flower looks like a normal carnation but it never seems to wilt.
