Origin[]
Carlos Hathcock was a United States Marine Corp Sniper who had a confirmed 93 kills during the Vietnam War. However, this figure may have been much higher, between 300 and 400 according to Hathcock’s estimates. North Vietnamese forces had placed a $30,000 bounty on his head for killing so many of their soldiers. Known for carrying a white feather tucked in his hat, fellow Marines had each attached a feather to distract enemy snipers from one of their most valuable men. He only removed it once during combat, stealthily trudging through tall grass and avoiding detection to shoot a high-ranking officer before his first deployment. His most legendary shot however involved shooting a rival sniper sent just for Hathcock straight through their scope.
Effects[]
Allows the user to surpass the performance of experts, especially with their signature style or techniques. Opponents who intend harm will find themselves mysteriously shot without trace instead. Known to cause a mild regressive loop in the user, causing activities natural to them to worsen.
