Origins[]
Carl Ray was a First Nations Canadian artist best remembered for his paintings of animals. He took a long time to take the practice up professionally, as it was considered taboo to paint the sacred beliefs of his people. Ray was killed in a drunken brawl at the age of 35.
Effects[]
When it touches an animal, including humans, its cells transforms into paint. The animals are still alive and biologically function in the same way as before. However, they are vulnerable to water, as they are likely to ‘run’. The user themselves will get dizzy and fall into drunken behavior after a few uses.
To keep the brushes calm and inactive, they are dipped in paint every month.
