Captain Hendrick Goosen was a fisher in South Africa who caught the first coelacanth in modern human times, turning the species from extinct into a living fossil.
Effects[edit | edit source]
Creates a temporal rift that can bring anything from the past into the present, limited only by the size of the net. The time loop is stable and one way, although nothing can go back. Can activate randomly or by intention.
