Origin[]
Charles H. Bennett is a physicist whose work at IBM has concentrated on the re-examination of the physical basis of information, applying quantum physics to the problems surrounding information exchange. He helped discover quantum teleportation, where information is transferred from one location to another.
Effects[]
When an object is placed entangled in the string and a person holds the two ends, the object is transported by ley lines to its destination. It can only be used in locations where there exist ley lines between them. However, it is technically not within the jurisdiction of the Warehouse to use, even in emergencies.
