OriginEdit

Benjamin Harrison was the 23rd president of the United States, serving from 1889 -1893. During his term in office, he enacted sweeping economic changes such as the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, outlawing monopolies. It also saw the wasting of surplus federal funds by the Congress and an inability to properly set the values of hard currency, causing future economic instability. He is also the earliest president whose voice is recorded, taken down by a wax phonograph cylinder.

EffectsEdit

The listener’s speech patterns will be changed to completely match Harrison’s voice. While affected, the user’s money will mysteriously disappear to never be relocated.
