OriginEdit

Isabella Maria Boyd (1844 - 1900), also known as Cleopatra of Secession and Siren of the Shenandoah, was a Confederate spy in the American Civil War. Operating from her father's hotel, she provided valuable information to Confederate General Stonewall Jackson in 1862. The first time she got information about the enemy troops was completely on accident; however, once she learned her father's hotel was where the soldiers would come for rest, she was able to speak to the men and get them to tell her all sorts of secrets. Once the war was lost for the Confederacy, she was arrested a few times; however, they had no proof of coercion on her part.

EffectsEdit

When worn, her natural speaking abilities and how she makes others feel at ease are amplified by the dress. When she was arrested, those skills got imbued into the dress.
