Origin[]
It is unknown how this artifact came to be.
Today[]
During a trip to a carnival, Mr. Stall came across someone in the crowd performing a "cheap trick" to upset a carnie who tried to make the person look like a fool. The person dared the carnie to move the pencil after he placed it straight up, on its own, on a piece of flat wood. Now the carnie tried to move it, but to his surprise he couldn't though everyone else thought he was playing along. The person took the pencil and walked away, having to use his friend for balance. Later on Mr. Stall saw the carnie and guy get into an argument which broke out into a fight. Mr. Stall stopped the fight and found out that the pencil was just a silly artifact, so he decided it would be best to keep it in the Warehouse.
