The Atlanta Ripper was an unidentified serial killer suspected of killing fifteen African American Atlanta women in 1911. Each victim was killed by their throat being slashed, the only evidence found by the police was a black Balaclava with no DNA traces discovered on it.

Wearing makes copies of user all under direction of the original activator. They will have the same physical characteristics and behavior, allowing the user to complete multiple actions simultaneously.

DeSalvo was suspected to be working with someone, but actually used this artifact to try to get a lesser sentence by creating a multiple killer theory. Collected upon his capture.
