Origin[]
Armando Socarras Ramirez was seventeen when he stowed away on a plane leaving Fidel Castro’s Cuba. He climbed on to the wheel with his friend Jorge Blanco when the bay doors close, plunging him in darkness. The wheels deployed out several times during the flight before finally landing. A security guard found Ramirez frozen from exposure to super cold air, his face covered in ice. Doctors treated him and proclaimed it a medical miracle he survived such a lethal ordeal, although Blanco was thought to have fallen off and been detained by Cuban police.
Effects[]
Places the body into a deep freeze that allows for survival with low oxygen levels. Body temperature will lower to the point that it won't register, and the user may not recover.
