Origin

A limestone jar most likely from between the seventeenth to twenty-first dynasties and previously stored in Warehouse 2, now in Warehouse 13.

Description

The lid is in the shape and likeness of the head of Anubis. The sides feature depictions of the Egyptian deities Duamutef and Neith, Hapi and Nephthys, Imseti and Isis, and Qebehseneuf and Selket.

Effects

When opened, the victim will have their stomach, lungs, liver and intestines mummified. Anyone who touches them during the process will cough up sand. The effect can not be stopped once started, even if the lid is re-sealed.

Notes

  • When used with the Mask of Anubis, they will preform a instant full mummification.
