Origin[]
Annie “Little Sure Shot” Oakley was a famous old west sharpshooter whose accuracy rivaled and surpassed those of her male contemporaries. The first notable time she demonstrated her skills, 15 year old Oakley challenged veteran marksman Frank E. Butler to a shooting match; he missed on the 25th shot and married her afterwards. Her signature flourish however was putting several bullet holes in a fluttering playing card before it reached the ground. She toured across the world under Buffalo Bill’s Wild West shows, performing for kings and dukes across Europe and later teaching firearm handling to thousands of women.
Effects[]
The wearer becomes able to redirect the trajectory of bullets towards any target, no matter the subject’s orientation or the bullet’s condition. However, the wearer must clearly see the target to establish a direct course, otherwise the bullet will fly past.
