Origin[]
‘’The Shawshank Redemption”, a film adapted from a Stephen King novella, tells the story of Andy Dufresne, a banker who is sentenced to life in Shawshank State Penitentiary. Found guilty for the murder of his wife and her lover, he maintains his innocence while imprisoned. During his time at the prison, he befriends a fellow inmate, Ellis Boyd "Red" Redding, and after his first few years of hardships, develops a respect from the guards and is allowed certain liberties.
Andy finds himself protected by the guards after the warden begins using him in his money-laundering operation. He escapes the prison after finishing a tunnel with his rock hammer that the warden allowed him to own. He worked on it in secret over the course of 19 years and exposes the prison’s corruption once on the outside, later reuniting with Red. A classic story about survival, many have considered it the greatest movie of all time.
Effects[]
Gives those that are wrongfully accused or mistreated great amounts of hope to survive and overcome any challenge. To help change the outcome in the user’s benefit, any object touched by it will be filled with this same energy. This allows objects to change form into whatever tool they need. It can make them suddenly move and cause distractions, create pathways and tunnels only for the user, stop weapons from harming them and deliver them any information they need.
