Origin[]
Grant Devolson Wood became inspired to create the painting after seeing the house in the background. He tried to imagine the kind of people that lived in the house. The people who posed as the farming couple were the artist's sister and their mutual dentist.
Effects[]
After touching the painting, the user will want to become a farmer and will be convinced that the current year is the late 1930's. Any modern devices will be seen as their earlier counterparts. I.E., smartphones will appear as old telephone receivers.
Collection[]
Hugo collected the painting from the Museum of Modern Art in New York. It was part of a large tag and bag artifact collection hunt at the Museum.
