Origin[]
Alice Stebbins Wells was the first female police officer hired by the LAPD. She wanted to help women and children that were victims and interacted with them at public places. She was also a LAPD historian and at the start of an influx of women being hired into the police force in America and countries worldwide.
Effects[]
Her badge makes anyone who sees it have their free will and choice controlled by the user. The badge is activated by presenting it to someone and saying policewoman. This artifact is smart though, and will not let any males have its ability no matter how many times they say policewoman.
