Origin[]
Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Serebrov (February 15, 1944 – November 12, 2013) was a Soviet cosmonaut. He graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (1967), and was selected as a cosmonaut on December 1, 1978. He retired on May 10, 1995. He was the first person to play video games in space.
Effect[]
This Nintendo Game Boy and Copy of Tetris were the ones played by Serebrov during Soyuz TM-17. When played, the user will experience zero gravity. While the effect is not dangerous on its own, if the user is not tethered, they might float away. They will afterwards fall back to Earth at the normal rate of gravity.
