Origin[]
Origin unknown. Found discarded in the 2nd Street Tunnel in Los Angeles, California. The last message sent reads "WHERE ARE YOU?? 911..."
Effects[]
Activated by sending a message specifying an arrival by a certain time (even if the message fails to send). The sender will experience a sudden rush of adrenaline, allowing them to run at their top speed, perform parkour far exceeding their normal abilities and will possess unnatural timing, allowing them to maneuver their way around their location flawlessly.
These effects only persist for four minutes and thirty-six seconds. If the sender does not reach their intended destination by that time, they lose their boost and will immediately feel the exhaustion and probably injuries accrued by their journey. If they do arrive within the time limit they are similarly returned to normal levels of physicality, but will not feel any of the negative outcomes they may have otherwise sustained.
