I doubt I'd have any worthwhile input considering I know nothing about the architecture of the period or location, but that does look pretty cool to me.
I'd imagine Warehouse 1 would be really simplistic. Alexander wouldn't want to draw too much attention to it, so it might even be as simple as a basic building (at least on the outside). Plus, it would probably look like something that most people wouldn't approach willingly for whatever reason.
Warehouse 2, depending on where it was located, might have a very Egyptian style to it. Perhaps it was located in a pyramid-type structure? That seems unlikely, of course, given what we can see from the episodes involving Warehouse 2. It appears to be more of a building. Regardless, I can imagine that the outside would look quite fancy, decorated with hieroglyphs and such.
Warehouse 4, I feel, might have a more . . . . sinister look to it than any other Warehouse, simply because of its ruler. I'm not sure what kind of building styles the Hunnic people had, but seeing as the ruler was Attila the Hun, I think it might have a darker look.
That looks beautiful Wiles!
If you're interested, I could give my 2 cents. In fact, this was an idea I've had sitting in the back of my brain for a while.
